Accepted Payment Methods

Sprintwells accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

Digital Wallets Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

Buy Now, Pay Later Klarna

All payment methods are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Sprintwells does not store, handle, or have access to your full card or banking details at any point during or after your transaction.


Currency

All prices displayed on sprintwells.com are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / ÂŁ). Your payment will be taken in GBP regardless of the payment method used. If your bank account or card is held in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply a conversion rate and/or a foreign transaction fee. Sprintwells has no control over and accepts no responsibility for any such charges applied by your financial institution.


VAT & Pricing

All prices displayed on sprintwells.com are inclusive of any applicable VAT. No additional taxes or surcharges are added at checkout. The price shown on the product page is the final price you pay, excluding any optional services.

There are no hidden fees. Delivery is free on all UK orders.


When Payment Is Taken

Payment is collected at the point of order confirmation — not at dispatch. By completing checkout you authorise Sprintwells to collect the full order amount from your chosen payment method. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment is successfully processed.


Klarna — Buy Now, Pay Later

Sprintwells offers Klarna as a flexible payment option at checkout. Klarna allows you to spread the cost of your purchase across multiple instalments or defer payment, subject to eligibility and Klarna's own terms and conditions.

Please note the following:

  • Klarna is a separate financial service provided by Klarna Bank AB, not by Sprintwells
  • Klarna may conduct a soft credit check at the point of application, which does not affect your credit score
  • Missed or late Klarna payments may affect your credit rating and result in late fees charged by Klarna
  • Klarna's full terms and conditions are available at www.klarna.com/uk
  • Sprintwells is not responsible for any decisions made by Klarna regarding your eligibility or credit terms
  • If you have a dispute relating specifically to a Klarna payment plan, you should contact Klarna directly

Choosing Klarna does not affect your statutory consumer rights as a customer of Sprintwells. All return and refund rights apply equally regardless of how you paid.


Payment Security

All transactions on sprintwells.com are protected by:

  • SSL encryption (HTTPS) — all data transmitted between your browser and our store is encrypted
  • Shopify PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest level of payment security certification available for online retailers
  • 3D Secure authentication — where supported by your bank, you may be asked to verify your identity via your bank's authentication system (such as Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode) before your payment is confirmed

Sprintwells will never ask you to provide payment details by email, phone, or any channel other than our secure checkout at sprintwells.com.


Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined at checkout, please check the following before retrying:

  • Your billing address matches the address registered with your card or bank
  • Your card has not expired
  • Your bank has not flagged the transaction — contact your bank directly if you believe the decline is an error
  • You have sufficient funds or available credit

Order Cancellation After Payment

If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been taken, please contact us immediately at support@sprintwells.com or call 07979 012001. We will make every effort to intercept the order before dispatch.

If your order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, you will need to follow our standard Returns Process once the item has been delivered. Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies in full.


Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our store, all orders are subject to automated fraud screening. In cases where an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we reserve the right to request additional verification before processing. If we are unable to verify an order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
