Your Right to Return We want you to shop with complete confidence. You may return any item purchased from Sprintwells within 30 days of the date you received your order — whether or not the item is faulty.
Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- In their original, unused condition
- In their original manufacturer packaging with all accessories, cables, manuals, and included components present
- Not damaged as a result of customer handling, misuse, or attempted modification
We are unable to accept returns of products that show evidence of use unless the product is confirmed as defective or was not as described at the time of sale.

Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. For defective items, please include photographs where possible. We will respond within 24 hours with full return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Change of mind / non-defective returns: Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service. Sprintwells cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during return transit if sent without tracking.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled orders: Sprintwells will cover all return postage costs in full. A prepaid return label will be provided by email upon verification of the issue. This is in full accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return Address Approved returns should be sent to our UK fulfilment partner at the address provided in your return confirmation email. Please do not return items without first receiving a return authorisation from our team, as routing instructions may vary by product.
Exchanges We accept exchanges for alternative models or variants of the same product, subject to availability. Please contact us before returning your item to confirm availability and arrange the exchange.
Refunds Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our fulfilment centre, you will be notified of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Refunds cover the full product purchase price. Return postage costs paid by the customer on non-defective returns are not refundable.
Your Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy limits or affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel any distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt without providing a reason. Our 30-day return window exceeds this statutory minimum as a goodwill commitment to our customers.
