1. About Us and These Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website sprintwells.com and your purchase of any products from Sprintwells.

1.3 By placing an order through sprintwells.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
1.4 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order.
1.5 These Terms are written in English and all contracts formed between you and Sprintwells will be conducted in English.
2. Who Can Buy From Us
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with Sprintwells.
2.2 By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2.3 Sprintwells currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
3. Our Products
3.1 All products listed on sprintwells.com are described as accurately as possible, including product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications.
3.2 We make every reasonable effort to ensure product information is accurate and up to date. However, minor variations may exist between a product image or description and the actual product, particularly where manufacturer specifications change without notice.
3.3 All products sold by Sprintwells are new unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing.
3.4 Sprintwells is an independent retailer. Unless explicitly stated, we are not an authorised dealer of any brand we stock. Products are sourced through legitimate supply channels. Manufacturer warranties may vary and are not guaranteed to be applicable in the UK for all products. Where this is relevant, it will be clearly stated on the individual product listing.
3.5 We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice.
4. Pricing
4.1 All prices on sprintwells.com are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
4.2 Prices are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4.3 In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. We will notify you by email if this occurs.
4.4 Sprintwells does not charge any additional fees at checkout beyond the product price. Delivery is free on all UK orders.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
5.1 When you place an order on sprintwells.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price under these Terms.
5.2 You will receive an automated order confirmation email upon successful payment. This email is an acknowledgement of your order, not an acceptance of it.
5.3 A binding contract between you and Sprintwells is formed at the point we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
5.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or inability to verify payment. If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
6. Payment
6.1 Full payment is required at the point of checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna.
6.2 All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Sprintwells does not store your full payment card details.
6.3 If you choose Klarna as your payment method, your agreement for deferred or instalment payment is directly between you and Klarna Bank AB, governed by Klarna's own terms and conditions. Sprintwells is not responsible for Klarna's credit decisions, fees, or payment terms.
6.4 We reserve the right to carry out fraud screening on all orders. If an order is identified as potentially fraudulent, we may request additional verification or cancel the order with a full refund.
7. Delivery
7.1 All UK orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment partner, Fulfilment Experts UK, Unit L, Tees Commerce Park, Dockside Road, Teesside TS6 6UZ, England.
7.2 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday. Transit time is 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.
7.3 Delivery is free of charge on all UK orders. No import duties or customs charges apply.
7.4 Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Sprintwells will not be liable for delays caused by courier errors, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7.5 It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. Sprintwells cannot accept liability for failed or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect address.
7.6 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
8. Your Right to Cancel
8.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason.
8.2 To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt by emailing support@sprintwells.com or calling 07979 012001. Your communication must clearly state your intention to cancel and include your order number.
8.3 Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
8.4 We will issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
8.5 Sprintwells offers an extended 30-day return window beyond the statutory 14-day minimum, as detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy. This extended policy is a goodwill commitment and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.
9. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
9.1 If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and timing of your complaint.

9.3 We will cover all return postage costs for defective or misdescribed goods and will provide a prepaid return label upon verification.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
10. Warranties
10.1 Products sold by Sprintwells may carry a manufacturer's warranty. The existence, duration, and terms of any such warranty are determined solely by the manufacturer and are separate from your statutory consumer rights.
10.2 Where a product is a US-market or non-UK variant, this will be clearly stated on the product listing. Manufacturer warranties for such products may not be applicable in the United Kingdom. In such cases, Sprintwells will not be liable for any warranty claims that the manufacturer declines on the basis of regional eligibility.
10.3 Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply regardless of manufacturer warranty terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, Sprintwells shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.
11.3 Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
11.4 Sprintwells is not responsible for the performance, terms, or decisions of any third party service, including Klarna, our courier partners, or any manufacturer.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All content on sprintwells.com, including but not limited to text, logos, images, and website design, is the property of Sprintwells or is used with the permission of the relevant rights holder.
12.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
12.3 Product names, trademarks, and brand assets featured on our website remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on sprintwells.com does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or authorised dealer status unless explicitly stated.

13.1 You agree to use sprintwells.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party.
13.2 You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers, or databases, or interfere with our website's functionality in any way.

15.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase from Sprintwells shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
