Where We Ship Sprintwells currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Where Orders Are Dispatched From All orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our UK logistics partner, Fulfilment Experts UK, from their facility at Unit L, Tees Commerce Park, Dockside Road, Teesside TS6 6UZ, England. Sprintwells is registered in France; however, all UK customer orders are stored and dispatched entirely from within the United Kingdom. No import duties, customs charges, or cross-border fees apply to any UK order.

Processing Time Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Processing takes place Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next available working day.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, standard delivery within the UK takes 3–5 business days.

Estimated total delivery time from order placement: 4–7 business days.

Shipping Cost Standard UK shipping is free of charge on all orders, with no minimum order value and no hidden fees.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery at any time via our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us immediately at support@sprintwells.com or call us on 07979 012001 and we will investigate with our logistics partner.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and your parcel is returned to our fulfilment centre, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at no additional charge for the first attempt. We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee in cases where incorrect address information was provided at checkout.
