What is Arosti?
Arosti is a specialist retailer of cycling prooducts and performance navigation technology, serving cyclists across the United Kingdom. chosen specifically for road cyclists, gravel riders, and endurance athletes who want accurate data, reliable navigation, and technology that performs when it matters.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. There are no minimum purchase requirements, no hidden conditions, and no fees added at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, so most orders arrive within 4–7 business days of your order date. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a real-time tracking link.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment facility in Teesside, England — no import duties, customs charges, or cross-border fees apply to any UK order.
Where is my order dispatched from?
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our UK logistics partner from Unit L, Tees Commerce Park, Dockside Road, Teesside TS6 6UZ, England. Arosti is registered in Estonia; however, every UK customer order is stored and shipped entirely from within the United Kingdom.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@arosti.store.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, cables, and manuals included. To start a return, contact us at support@arosti.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and send full instructions within 24 hours.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Arosti will cover all return shipping costs in full and provide a prepaid return label by email.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and inspected at our fulfilment centre (2–4 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds typically appear within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please email us at support@arosti.store.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. The quickest way to exchange a product is to return your original item first and place a new order once your return is processed. Contact us at support@arosti.store and we'll guide you through the process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna. All transactions are processed securely through SSL encryption. We never store your payment details.
Are my personal and payment details secure?
Absolutely. Arosti never stores sensitive payment data. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment infrastructure, protected by industry-standard SSL encryption. Your personal details are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at support@arosti.store with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't entered processing yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at support@arosti.store or call +372 5875 7601. Once processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Are the products genuine and brand new?
Yes. All products sold by Arosti are 100% genuine, brand new, and sourced from authorised supply chains. all supplied as new units in original manufacturer packaging.
Do the products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes. All devices are covered by the standard manufacturer warranty applicable to the product. For Garmin products this is typically one year from the date of purchase. Warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer. If you need help initiating a warranty claim, contact us and we'll assist where we can.
